My Services
Let's get started
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy fosters a space where everything centers around you– your needs, your growth, and your personal goals. My first priority is creating a space where you feel safe and respected. When there’s trust, we can dig deeper into the parts of life that often go unspoken.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
What if the different voices in your head—the inner critic, the anxious planner, the part that wants to shut down—weren’t signs of dysfunction, but simply different parts of you trying to help in their own way?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy invites us to view the mind as a collection of parts, each with its own role, history, and intention. Some might try to manage how we show up in the world, while others may carry pain or memories from our past. While these parts may have served a purpose, they can sometimes become extreme or disruptive.
Mindfulness
In the midst of life’s challenges, our minds often pull us in every direction—replaying the past, anticipating the future, even spiraling into worry. Mindfulness-Based Therapy is a structured approach to mental wellness that centers on one simple but powerful idea: learning to be present.
It teaches us how to be fully aware of where we are, what we’re feeling, and how we’re responding, all without judgment. In therapy, we use this practice to notice your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations with compassion rather than criticism. Rather than pushing away distressing thoughts or feelings, MBT encourages you to meet them with acceptance.
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy, also known as insight-oriented therapy, is a well-established therapeutic approach that explores how unconscious thoughts and past experiences influence present behavior. It’s based on the understanding that emotional difficulties are often rooted in unresolved conflicts from earlier in life, many of which operate beneath our awareness. Rather than focusing solely on current symptoms, psychodynamic therapy dives into the emotional narratives that live underneath them.
EMDR
When past experiences keep showing up in the present, it can feel frustrating, confusing, and even exhausting. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a powerful approach designed specifically to help individuals heal from the lasting impact of trauma. Rooted in the Adaptive Information Processing model, this method views the brain as an adaptive, self-healing system. Trauma can disrupt that system, trapping painful memories in a raw and unprocessed form.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or ART, is a specialized form of psychotherapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress—often in fewer sessions than other therapeutic methods. This unique form of psychotherapy uses a combination of guided imagery and eye movements to help you replace traumatic memories with more calming and adaptive images, offering lasting relief from symptoms of stress, depression, and trauma.
